You will find our flat in the centre of Flims Dorf. Just a stone's throw away from the ski area. Our cosy flat is fully equipped. A large 1.5 room flat which is very close to public transport incl. shuttle to the cable cars (50 m), grocery shops and the Flims, Laax, Falera ski area (Arena Express/Flem Express) which is only a 7 minute walk away. The large living room has a large couch, dining table and folding beds that can be used for 4 people. There is also a separate room which can be partitioned off with a sliding door. This has 2 90cm beds which can be used either individually or as a double bed. In this sunny flat you have a marvellous view of the mountains from the balcony. The flat offers you 40m2 of living space, flat screen TV, WLAN and a windless balcony.
