SSL/TLS encryption

We use SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect confidential content such as enquiries that you send to us. You recognise an encrypted connection by the prefix “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser bar.

Objection to promotional emails

We object to the use of published contact data for sending unsolicited advertising. We reserve legal action in case of spam.

Data processing on our website

How we collect data

Other data are collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the site (e.g. browser, operating system, access time). These data are necessary to ensure error-free delivery and may be used to analyse usage patterns.

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in log files that your browser transmits to us: browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. These data are not merged with other data sources.

Analytics tools

When you visit our site, your usage may be analysed statistically using cookies and analytics tools. The analysis is anonymous; usage cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis.

Contact form

If you send us queries, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data provided, will be stored for processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your consent.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we need an email address and information confirming that you own the address. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not share it. You can revoke your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link. The data processed before we receive your request remains lawful.

Third-party services

We use selected third-party providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, booking partners) to deliver our services. These partners may process data on our behalf based on data processing agreements compliant with Swiss and EU privacy law.
