A large 1.5 room flat which is very close to public transport incl. shuttle to the cable cars (50 m), grocery shops and the Flims, Laax, Falera ski area (Arena Express/Flem Express) which is only a 7 minute walk away. The large living room has a large couch, dining table and folding beds that can be used for 4 people.There is also a separate room which can be partitioned off with a sliding door. This has 2 90cm beds which can be used either individually or as a double bed.In this sunny flat you have a marvellous view of the mountains from the balcony.
