4.5-room chalet with approx. 95 m² for a maximum of 6 people – furnished in chalet style while preserving the Graubünden tradition, lovingly complemented and expanded with modern elements.

Entrance hall, 2 bathrooms, sauna, niche with washing machine, 1 bedroom with sofa bed and exit to the terrace with barbecue facilities (Weber kettle grill) and access to the garden.

Entrance floor / Ground floor:
Entrance area with cloakroom, kitchen, dining and living area as well as main bedroom

Upper floor:
Sleeping area for up to 3 people in the gable and workspace with desk

Entrance floor and upper floor are equipped with wooden floors, kitchen, sanitary rooms and basement with tiled floors. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Last renovation in 2021.

Room Description
3 bedrooms:
One main bedroom with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with pull-out couch and direct access to the bathroom (shower/toilet) and the terrace, 1 bedroom in the gable with limited ceiling height with up to three sleeping places (ideal for children).
Bed and bath linen is provided on request for an additional charge.

Bathrooms:
Two separate bathrooms with a central shared shower (accessible separately from both bathrooms), both bathrooms with large washbasins, 1 toilet and generous storage surfaces.

Living area:
Adjacent to the bright dining and living area with over 4 meters ceiling height:
The traditional dining corner with a large wooden table and corner bench offers space for up to 7 people and a view of the surrounding panorama. The area is complemented by a glass cabinet.

Open living area adjoining the dining corner with a cozy large L-couch, coffee table and central soapstone stove as well as SMART TV with internet connection.
Entrance area: Built-in wardrobe for coats and bench.

Open kitchen with full equipment:
Stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, Nespresso machine (without capsules) and various small appliances (toaster, etc.) as well as a view into the dining area.

Additional rooms:
Sauna for 2 people

4 ½-room holiday home (converted original Graubünden barn) on 3 levels with garden and parking space directly in front of the house. Sunny, quiet location right next to the Sedrun golf course with a magnificent unobstructed view of the Oberalppass. Cozy living space with a comfortable corner sofa, large dining table, modern soapstone stove (firewood is provided), Wi-Fi and an open fully equipped kitchen. Covered terrace seating area (charcoal grill available) with large awning. 3 bedrooms: 1 room with double bed, 1 room with sofa bed (with direct access to the bathroom and terrace), 1 bedroom (no full ceiling height, therefore ideal for children) on the top floor with 3 sleeping places, 2 bathrooms with toilet and a shared shower accessible from both bathrooms, washing machine, sauna, heating: heat pump with underfloor heating in the basement, radiators on the upper floor. The house is a non-smoking chalet. Pets are not permitted.

Dieni ski lift and Tschamut / Selva train station are reachable within 5 minutes by car.

Sedrun golf course is right in front of the house. Golf course restaurant is open only in summer.
