Casa il Siemi means dream house in German. The bright eco-timber house is located in the middle of Luven, in the mountain village and on the Alpine trail.
The accommodation offers two guest rooms - as a double room or for up to 4 people and 5 people, each with its own shower/WC room, a large lounge/atelier room with a luxurious kitchen that can be used for a fee of CHF 20.00 for the entire stay (final cleaning of the kitchen flat rate CHF 30.00), a covered seating area, a balcony, a roof terrace with a wonderful view. In addition to a balcony, guests also have a roof terrace with a wonderful view. Several seating areas can be found around the house. You will feel comfortable in the midst of nature and peace: sunbathing, fine dining with panoramic views, relaxation at the village fountain. Coffee and tea are available free of charge all day. The owner, Dora Orfei, will help you tailor your stay to your individual wishes.
The house is ideally located for dream winter holidays in the winter sports region Mundaun, Obersaxen, Val Lumnezia. Or at any time of year for a creative holiday, e.g. for handicrafts. For hikers, bikers - the Alpine route is located at the house and takes you into the Rhine Valley, into valleys and mountains - and for paragliding. The thermals on Piz Mundaun are very popular. Sporty swimming in Ilanz or Laax. Golf in Sagogn.
