Casa il Siemi translates to "Dream House" in English. This bright eco-timber house is located in the heart of Luven, in the charming mountain village and on the Alpine trail.
The accommodation offers two guest rooms – as a double room or for up to 4 and 5 people respectively, each with its own shower/WC, a large lounge/art studio with a luxurious kitchen that can be used for the entire stay at a price of CHF 20.00 (final kitchen cleaning CHF 30.00 flat rate), a covered seating area, a balcony, and a roof terrace with a magnificent view. In addition to a balcony, guests also have access to a roof terrace with a wonderful view. Around the house, there are several seating areas. You will feel right at home in the midst of nature and tranquillity: sunbathing, fine dining with panoramic views, relaxation at the village fountain. Coffee and tea are available free of charge throughout the day. Owner Dora Orfei will help you organise your stay exactly according to your wishes. The house is ideally located for dream winter holidays in the Mundaun, Obersaxen, Val Lumnezia ski region. Or at any time of year for a creative holiday, e.g. for craftsmanship. For hikers, bikers – the Alpine route runs past the house and leads you into the Rhine Valley, into valleys and mountains – and for paragliding. The thermals at Piz Mundaun are very popular. For active swimmers, in Ilanz or Laax. Golf in Sagogn.
