The large Sulér (home entrance), the wood-paneled rooms, the hey barn are still original. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 triple bedroom, 1 single bedroom. Cot available. In the Arvenstube there is a new wood-burning stove, which is heated by the kitchen. The remaining rooms are electrically heated. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen simply furnished but everything is available. Filtercafé and Nespresso coffeemashine (capsules must be brought along), no dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine, hair dryer available. Non smoking. Bed-/bath-/kitchen and table linen can be taken or rented by the owner; flat rate CHF 20.00 / person. Final cleaning can be done by yourself, otherwise you have to be charged (depending on expenditure) CHF 80.00-100.00. Highlights Winter: - Small skilift Tect / Zinols less than 100m away as welle as the ice rink. - Sledders: On the way to the station you pass the house. - Cross-country ski trail passes very close to the house. Summer: - Small balcony with access to a very nice seating area off the road to the south-west with a view of fields, stream, Roman tower and old village part.
