The holiday apartment

The 4.5-room apartment (100m²) is located on the ground floor of a detached apartment building with a total of 5 apartments.

Living room: The spacious, bright living room is comfortably furnished with a leather corner group, glass coffee table, sideboard, the extendable dining table with corner bench and 3 chairs, as well as a flat-screen TV. The floor is tiled, the seating area is on a woollen carpet. Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen: The separate kitchen is fully equipped with: glass-ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and blender, cooking utensils, pressure cooker, raclette set, fondue set, crockery, cutlery and kitchen and table linen.

Bedrooms: Two of the three rooms and the bathroom/toilet are reached via two steps. Each of the three rooms has two beds, a wardrobe and a desk. One room has separate beds, the other two have double beds with separate bedding. The larger of the two has a washbasin with space for a changing table. Toddlers: On request, we can provide a cot with bedding, playpen, changing table, child seat and high chair. Additional charge per week CHF 50.00 (waived if a bed remains unoccupied).

Bathroom: The bathroom is rather small, with a washbasin, a bathtub, a shower and the toilet; hairdryer available. On request, another toilet can be used on the same floor.

Other rooms (included in the price): The apartment includes the parking space, a storage room with ironing board, iron and clothes drying rack. On the same floor there is a room with washing machine and tumble dryer (electricity card). In the entrance area there is a cloakroom and a shoe cabinet.

Comfortable holiday apartment The lovingly furnished 4.5-room apartment (approx. 100m²) is located on the ground floor of a detached apartment building with a total of 5 apartments. The house is close to the village centre and directly next to a grocery store with a café. A parking space is available and is located at the house. You have a separate entrance and a forecourt to sit outside. The apartment is fully furnished, has a large living area with dining table, corner bench, Wi-Fi and TV, a separate, top-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom/shower/WC (floors tiled). There are 3 double rooms (maximum occupancy 6 people plus one toddler). The floors are vinyl with parquet-style finish; each room has a desk and a wardrobe. Two rooms have double beds with separate bedding; the larger one has a washbasin and space for a changing table. One room has separate beds. The beds are made up and towels and kitchen linen are provided. An additional toilet is available on request. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Storage room for skis, bicycles, etc. Additional information: Minimum occupancy 3 people. Arrival individually. No pets, non-smoking apartment.
