The residential building "les Cimes" is located on the first level of the resort of Les Collons, near the Trabanta chairlift, the supermarket and restaurants. The building enjoys a quiet and peaceful location. It is east-facing. The residence's laundry and ski room are available to all tenants.

The flat is a 5-room (7 bedroom) apartment for 10 to 13 people, located on the 6th floor of the Cimes building.
