Bedrooms:
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe / dresser, as well as a balcony. In the basement there is an additional bedroom with three beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or bathtub / toilet, and a guest toilet. Bed linen is available and not included in the price.
Living room:
An open living area with kitchen and dining area, a Swedish stove (wood provided) as well as a cozy corner sofa and flat-screen TV with cable connection, Wi-Fi throughout the house. The balconies face south with morning sun and a lovely garden seating area to the west with evening sun.
Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
Bathrooms:
3 bathrooms – one for each bedroom, with shower or bathtub / toilet, and a guest toilet. Towels are available and not included in the price. 4.5-room house (180m²) in a quiet location with beautiful panoramic views of the magnificent mountain landscape of Surselva. The house is located just above the Davos Munts lake, reachable in 3 minutes. In the basement there is a storage room for skis, shoes, hiking clothes etc. as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
