On the first floor, the apartment features a living and dining area, furnished with lots of wood, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the partially sloped attic floor, there is another bathroom with a bathtub and a second bedroom, also with a double bed. The rooftop terrace, accessible from the upper floor, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, there is an open space in the attic that is suitable as a children's playroom.

A garage parking space in the underground garage can be rented for an additional fee.

The shopping street of Pontresina is right outside the door, and the bus stop is about a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Please note that the apartment does not have an elevator.
