On the ground floor there is a large, cozy living room with ample seating and a modern Smart-TV. The living room features an original soapstone fireplace. Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a cozy seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob with oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. High chair available, kitchen linens available and included in the price. 

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub, and a separate shower. There is also a separate toilet. In the basement, there is a washing machine with dryer. Please bring your own towels.
