Bed linen available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay.
A cot can be reserved on request for CHF 10.00.

Living room
Dining and living room with large dining table, reading corner, fireplace area with armchair and cable TV, radio, WiFi available, south-facing balcony with garden chairs, garden table and parasol.

Kitchen
Separate kitchen equipped with dishes for double the number of people, pots and pans, kettle, coffee filter machine, raclette set, fondue set, blender, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and vacuum cleaner. Kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathrooms
1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, double washbasin with mirrored cabinet and washbasin cabinet and WC. 1 bathroom with large shower, washbasin with cabinet and WC. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant or can be provided on request for CHF 10.- per person.

Other rooms:
Communal ski room, equipment room and shoe room.

Quietly located spacious 4-room penthouse apartment (134m2) for max. 7 people on the 3rd floor in a multi-family house. Large south-facing balcony. Not wheelchair accessible due to stairwell. Numbered outdoor parking space directly in front of the house. Landlady lives in Brigels and is personally on-site in case of emergency.

The manageable ski area/mountain railways, sports facilities (lake, mini-golf course, playground...) and shopping opportunities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 200 m from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
Upon arrival, a waste bag, dish soap/dishwasher powder, household paper and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow clearance up to the front door by caretaker.

Upon departure, the apartment should be broom-clean and the waste disposed of.
