4.5 bedroom apartment of 85m2 for 5-6 people. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen with a dining table.

Bedrooms
1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The beds are made upon arrival. All rooms have shelves and cupboards, although some of the storage space is occupied by our own belongings.

Bathroom
The bathroom is nicely bright due to the window and has a bathtub with shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Towels are provided for the stay.

Living room
The living room is comfortably furnished with 2 comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed. The windows of the corner room let in plenty of daylight all year round and offer a beautiful view of the mountain world.

Kitchen
The kitchen is simply equipped and has a stove (3 plates), an oven (electric), a fridge and a dishwasher. Food is partially available and we only expect you to refill the used items before departure.

Other rooms
In the basement, skis and snowboards etc. can be stored and there is the possibility to use the laundry.

Furniture
The apartment is simply and comfortably furnished with a mix of new and antique furniture. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and one of the bedrooms also has a television (reception via the internet) and a DVD player.

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a chalet and offers a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sun all year round and Rueras is located just 5 minutes (20 minutes walk) from Sedrun. The ski arena Andermatt-Sedrun (Dieni valley station) is reachable in 5 minutes (15 minutes walk). We look forward to guests in our small mountain oasis, which offers diverse opportunities for unforgettable experiences all year round. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom/toilet. The furniture is simple and comfortable and everything is ready for a holiday including bed linen and bath/hand towels.
