Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and a separate children's room with bunk beds (2x 90x200cm). Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
Living room with a dining table and seating area with a sofa for relaxing moments. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available.

Kitchen:
The living kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, raclette oven and fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
A separate bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. Bathroom linens are provided and included in the price.

Hallway:
Wardrobes in the entrance area.

Furnishings:
Solid beech wood was used for the floors and furniture. Doors, walls and ceilings are made of matching white fir.

Other rooms:
A large, cozy bistro with a fireplace where guests can meet. Wellness area with a sauna and whirlpool. Large playroom, ski rooms and heated wardrobes in the basement.

The Regan house is located in a beautiful spot on the edge of the village. Ten modern apartments were lovingly renovated with lots of wood. The bistro "Obschtgarta" invites you to cozy moments by the fire.

The beautiful wellness area with a barrel sauna and whirlpool can be booked privately for a fee.

In the basement, there is a ski room with heated boot storage and wardrobes. For the little guests, there is a large playroom, and for the older ones, a foosball table and a table tennis table. For parties or family groups, the former group house kitchen and the large cozy "Stuba" can be rented.

Distance to the valley station: 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. The cross-country skiing trail, winter hiking trails and in summer hiking and biking trails lead directly past the house. The Rufalipark in Misanenga with its sports and leisure facilities is a maximum of 10 minutes by car.

Parking is available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property.
