This cosy flat with a large balcony is situated above Affeier in the beautiful Walser settlement of Misanenga. It is 200 metres from the 4-seater chairlift to Untermatt and the Rufali Sports and Leisure Park. In the evening, you can ski down the Heimabfahrt piste directly to the settlement.

In summer, Rufali Park features a swimming lake, a playground, a barbecue area and sports facilities. In winter, there is even a freely accessible, floodlit ice rink.
