On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is an outdoor seating area with morning sun; near the entrance, there is another seating area with afternoon sun. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with WC/shower (without natural daylight) and a washing machine, as well as a living room with a view of the Gafia Valley. The cozy living room with sofa, table and built-in bench is heated by a wood stove. On the first floor, there are three separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each.
