On the ground floor there is a kitchen with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is an outdoor seating area with morning sun, and at the entrance there is another seating area with afternoon sun. On the same floor you will also find the bathroom with toilet/shower (no daylight) and washing machine, as well as the living room with a view of the Gafia Valley. The cozy living room, furnished with a sofa, table and corner bench, is heated by the wood stove. On the first floor there are three separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and two have two single beds each.

The family-friendly holiday home has two floors and is located on the Engel family's farm, in a quiet location above the Walser village of St. Antönien. The farm can be reached by car all year round. Please note that depending on snow conditions, snow chains or a 4WD vehicle may be necessary. The post bus stop is about 300 meters below. Shopping facilities, restaurants and a large playground with a barbecue area can be found in the village center of St. Antönien, about 1.7 km away. St. Antönien is an ideal starting point for hiking, climbing tours and via ferrata ascents (Sulzfluh via ferrata, Partnunblick via ferrata and Partnunblick family via ferrata) in spring, summer and autumn. Nearby is also Lake Partnun, a rewarding destination for boating or fishing (license required). In winter, ski and snowshoe tours to the countless peaks in the surrounding area are a draw. The small ski lift (with ski school) is well suited for beginners.
