An open living area with dining and sleeping space, connected to the kitchen via a serving hatch. Dining table with bench and four chairs. Sofa bed and upholstered sofa. DAB radio and TV (satellite).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (pods provided and also available at Volg), microwave, dishes, raclette oven, and fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided but not included in the price.

Bathroom:
A bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet. Towels are provided but not included in the price.

Other rooms:
Terrace with south/east orientation and garden seating area.

The 2.5-room holiday apartment in the multi-family house “Arnika” is centrally located in the Affeier district. From the terrace/garden seating area, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

In winter, the ski slope runs “practically to your doorstep.” In the basement, there is a ski room with boot dryer. Approximately 100 meters away, you will find shopping options (Volg), restaurants, and a bus stop (public transport, ski bus, hiking bus).

Parking is available in the garage. The apartment building has a lift and is partially wheelchair accessible.

Non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request.
