The flat has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bed linen is available but not included in the price.

An open-plan living area with dining and sleeping facilities, featuring a serving hatch to the kitchen. Dining table with a bench and four chairs. Sofa bed and upholstered sofa. DAB radio and TV (satellite).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (coffee pods provided and also available to buy at Volg), microwave, crockery, raclette grill and fondue pot. Kitchen linen is provided but not included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom with bath/shower and WC. Towels are provided but not included in the price.

Other rooms:
Terrace facing south/east with garden seating area.

This 2.5-room holiday flat in the ‘Arnika’ apartment block is centrally located in the Affeier district. From the terrace or garden seating area, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

In winter, the ski run leads ‘practically right to the front door’. There is a ski storage room in the basement with ski boot heating. Shops (Volg), restaurants and a bus stop (public transport, ski bus, hiking bus) are located around 100 metres away.

A parking space is available in the garage; there is a lift, and the flat/house is wheelchair-accessible with some restrictions.

Non-smoking flat; pets are permitted on request.
