The holiday apartment

The 4.5-room apartment features a kitchen, a dining and living room, a veranda, two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

The entire 4.5-room apartment is available for 5 - 6 guests. For 1 - 4 guests, the size is reduced to 3.5 rooms; one bedroom and one bathroom are not available.

The apartment is furnished simply and practically. The bedrooms have fitted carpet, while the kitchen, hallway and bathroom have ceramic tiles. The living room has laminate flooring and the veranda has linoleum flooring.

Bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a French bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms have a wardrobe or shelf. The beds are made upon arrival.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms: Both have a bathtub with shower, toilet and washbasin. Please bring your own towels.

Living and dining room: The living room has a large sofa and two additional armchairs. The dining table seats six, and a Tripp-Trapp chair plus an additional high chair are available. The dresser contains games for all ages.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped. It has a glass-ceramic cooktop, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. There are also two Italian coffee machines, a blender and a hot water boiler. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Enclosed veranda: The apartment features a veranda with a beautiful view and a second dining table. The corner shelf holds a selection of German and French literature.

The accommodation
The holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a detached multi-family house with a total of 3 apartments.
The house is situated in the Faltscharidas district at the entrance to Disentis. It offers a beautiful view towards the Lukmanier and Oberalppass passes.
The village centre is just a few minutes away on foot, by car or by the free local bus.
A garage and additional parking spaces are available, as well as a ski room, a laundry room with a tumble dryer and, in summer, a large garden with seating and barbecue facilities.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
Cyclists are welcome.
