Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms, one large bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. The smaller room is slightly angled. All rooms have a wardrobe or dresser. Bedding is provided and included in the price. 

Living room:
An open living space with kitchen and dining area. In the living room there is a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed that can be extended and used as a bed, as well as a comfortable armchair. TV with satellite reception. Wi-Fi available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette oven and fondue set. Kitchen linen is available on request at no extra charge.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The three-room holiday apartment (55m²) is in a beautiful two-family house, with the attic apartment being rented out. The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful spot, with views of the stunning mountains of Obersaxen and the Surselva region, just a few minutes from the Untermatt chairlift. You can ski right up to the house. There is a large garage available where skis, sledges, etc. can be stored. The garage also has a ski boot dryer. The apartment has a small balcony.

You can reach the Rufalipark in five minutes. In winter, it features an ice rink, and in summer, a swimming lake, tennis court, playground, fire pit and an all-year-round indoor play paradise.

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible.
