Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. The smaller room has a slightly sloping ceiling. All rooms have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. The living room has a dining table with four chairs, a two-seater sofa that can be pulled out to form a bed, and a comfortable armchair. There is a television with satellite reception. Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a raclette grill and a fondue pot. Kitchen linen is available on request at no extra charge.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price.

This three-bedroom holiday flat (55 m²) is situated in a lovely two-family house; the top-floor flat is available to let. The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful setting. It offers views of the lovely mountains of Obersaxen and the Surselva, just a few minutes’ walk from the Untermatt chairlift. You can ski right up to the front of the house. There is a large garage available where skis, sledge and other equipment can be stored. The garage is equipped with a ski boot dryer. The flat has a small balcony.

Rufalipark is just five minutes away. In winter it features an ice rink; in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a playground, a fire pit and a year-round indoor play centre.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation: Not wheelchair accessible.
