The free Samnaun bus stops just a few steps from our house and takes you directly to the valley station, where you can access a ski area that is second to none.
– And at the end of the day, you can ski right back to our doorstep.

Our apartment has a private entrance and features:
- 2 Bedrooms: Equipped with high-quality box spring beds (180 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes.
- Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet, towels, and a hairdryer.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven/microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, dishes, pans, pots, fondue, and raclette sets.
- Living Area: Features a sofa bed (additional charge for an extra person: CHF 30/night) and a smart TV.
The entire apartment is equipped with Philips Hue lighting, offering countless color-coordinated variations to suit your mood.
High-speed fiber-optic internet is available free of charge.

A private parking space is available to you free of charge, as well as a lockable ski room.
Arrival is possible at any time of the day (key depot) – a code will be provided to you before your arrival.
The guest apartment has a private entrance and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a living area.
Restaurants, après-ski venues, shops, and the Alpenquell Pool are just a few minutes away.
