Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 room with a large bed (160 cm for 2 people), and 1 room with a single bed. There are plenty of wardrobes available. Bedding is provided (excluding towels).

Living area:
An open living area with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features a fireplace, a large dining table, a corner bench and chairs, a sofa bed, a coffee table, and a TV (with internet and many channels). The house has a large corner balcony facing south, offering morning, midday, and evening sun. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Kitchen:
The small kitchen is fully equipped and includes a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a raclette oven, and a fondue set.

Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, and the second with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The 5.5-room house with 2 floors is located on the outskirts of the village, in a beautiful south-facing slope position. From the corner balcony, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

The attached shed offers space to store skis and bicycles (lockable).

Distance to the valley station: 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car, 300 meters to the sports bus stop (Postauto).

2 parking spaces are available directly at the house. Pets are allowed on request. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible.
