Bedroom:
Double bed on the open mezzanine (separate mattresses), chests of drawers, individual lighting and storage space. Bed linen is available but not included in the price.

Living area:
An open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area. Dining table with three chairs. The sofa can be pulled out to create a cosy retreat for two (can be used as a bed). Balcony with views of the Surselva mountain panorama. Morning and evening sun in summer. Wi-Fi (free of charge), a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and international channels. A music system for radio and music is available. The latest issues of Terra Grischuna (a Graubünden magazine) with information about the region and its people are available, as are maps and other information material. A small library and a small selection of board games are available for use if required.

Kitchen:
Compact kitchenette with a 3-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, kettle, espresso maker, French press coffee pot, coffee machine, fondue pot, waffle maker, SodaStream sparkling water maker, toaster, spaetzle press, a full set of cookware, crockery and cutlery. Kitchen linen is available but not included in the price.

Interior:
The house was built in 1978 and is constantly being kept up to date. The flat is practically furnished; the bathroom was completely modernised in 2012. External insulation (ceiling) and windows were replaced in 2009. The central heating ensures comfortable temperatures.

The one-bedroom holiday flat (30 m²), built as a maisonette, is situated in a block of flats comprising a total of seven flats.
The ‘Titschalhaus’ (two buildings connected via the underground car park) is situated in Miraniga in a quiet location.
From the balcony, there is a wonderful view of the Surselva mountain panorama.

An open, reserved parking space is available right next to the house. Skis can be stored in the underground car park, as can bicycles in summer. Ski boots and walking boots can be kept in a dry and warm place in the stairwell, under the stairs.
You can ski straight down to the slopes, which are about 50 metres from the house, and return via the slope behind the house, approximately 80 metres away.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
