Bedroom:
Double bed on the open gallery (separate mattresses), wardrobes, individual lighting and storage surfaces. Bedding is provided but not included in the price.

Living area:
An open living space with kitchen and dining area. Dining table with three chairs. The sofa can be extended into a relaxation island for two (can be used as a bed). Balcony with a view of the mountain panorama of the Surselva. Morning and evening sun in summer. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and international channels. Music box for radio and music reception available. Current issues of Terra Grischuna (magazine about Graubünden) with information about the region and its people are provided, as well as maps and informational material. A small library and a selection of board games are available upon request.

Kitchen:
Compact kitchenette with 3-plate electric hob, oven, fridge, kettle, espresso maker, French press coffee pot, coffee machine, fondue set, waffle iron, Soda-Stream water carbonator, toaster, Spätzle press, cookware, dishes, and cutlery fully stocked. Kitchen towels are provided but not included in the price.

Interior:
The house was built in 1978 and is constantly kept up to date. The apartment is practically furnished; the bathroom was completely modernized in 2012. Exterior insulation (ceiling) and windows renewed in 2009. Central heating ensures pleasant temperatures.

The 1-room holiday apartment (30 m²) in a maisonette layout is located in a multi-family house with a total of 7 apartments.
The “Titschalhaus” (two houses connected via the underground garage) is situated in Miraniga in a quiet location.
The balcony offers a wonderful view of the mountain panorama of the Surselva.

An open, reserved parking space is available directly next to the house. Skis can be stored in the underground garage, and in summer, bicycles as well. Ski or hiking boots can be kept dry and warm in the stairwell under the stairs.
Ski departure to the slope is about 50 m from the house; return via the slope behind the house is about 80 m away.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible.
