One room features a bunk bed sleeping two people and a large wardrobe. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery. A Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included) is provided. A raclette or fondue set can be provided on request.

An open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. The living room has a dining table and four chairs. A television and DVD player are provided. There is no satellite or cable TV reception, but you can use streaming services via your own hotspot. The living area leads out onto the large terrace, which includes a table and bench. The flat has underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with an oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

1 bathroom: The modern bathroom is accessed from the entrance hall. It features a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle, as well as a radiant heater. Towels are not included in the price.

This two-room flat with a terrace is situated in a beautiful, panoramic location in Surcuolm/Obersaxen, just a few minutes’ walk from the PostBus stop, several restaurants and the ski run leading to the Valata valley station.
