This spacious 4.5-room flat is situated on the first floor and features a balcony. The flat, which has two bathrooms, offers more than enough space for small groups or two families. There are three bedrooms: two rooms, each with two beds, and one room with bunk beds for four people. An additional bed is available on the mezzanine if required, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Notes: Bed linen can be hired. The visitor’s tax is included in the price.

The holiday flat is situated in the centre of Surcoulm, at an altitude of 1,346 metres above sea level. It is only about 300 metres from the nearest ski slope. In summer, there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities starting right from the house. There is a PostBus stop 200 metres away. You can have a barbecue in the private garden area, which has a seating area. A 20-minute walk away, Rufalipark offers plenty of fun with a swimming lake, barbecue area, restaurant, playground equipment, and football and beach volleyball pitches.
