One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Wardrobe and storage space available. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Bedding is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
Living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a table with 4 chairs. A sofa that can also be used as a bed. TV with BluewinTV, Bluesport, as well as a SONOS music system. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment faces north and is nicely bright.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob with a freestanding oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and a fondue set are also available. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower/toilet.

Other:
The large, sunny balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, a bench, and a small sun lounger. Part of the balcony is enclosed with a glass wall.

Beautiful 2.5-room apartment for max. 5 people, with lovely furnishings and a modern kitchen. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building. The house is located on the outskirts of Vella GR, in a very quiet area with no through traffic.

Skis/bicycles can be stored directly in the ski room in the basement via the underground garage entrance.

Distance to shopping: 5 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. To the mountain railway valley station: 10 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car.
