The cosy Casa Zappaterra two-bedroom holiday apartment in Laax Murschetg offers approximately 85 m² of living space for 4–5 guests and is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a relaxing winter holiday in the Swiss Alps.

The apartment features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, including one bathroom with a bathtub and window and a smaller en-suite bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen, and a living and dining area.

The master bedroom also includes a single bed, providing an additional sleeping space.

The living and dining area, with exposed wooden beams, offers a comfortable seating area and a dining table with a corner bench for 4–6 people. It is the perfect place to relax after a day in the snow, enjoy a meal together or spend the evening playing board games.

The separate kitchen is very well equipped and provides everything you need to prepare your meals.

Families with children are also well catered for. A selection of games and a Tripp Trapp® high chair are available.

The south-facing balcony is a pleasant place to enjoy the fresh mountain air, with a lovely side view of the surrounding greenery.

The apartment also includes a private garage and shared access to the ski storage room and the communal laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Free Wi-Fi and TV are also provided.

Casa Zappaterra is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located on the first floor and the building has no lift.

Casa Zappaterra enjoys an excellent location in Laax Murschetg, just a few minutes' walk from the rocksresort, the ski lifts, restaurants, bars and shops.

When snow conditions are good, you can ski back to the apartment and head straight to the slopes again the next morning.

The nearby ski lifts make the apartment an ideal base for your winter holiday.

After a day on the slopes, restaurants, bars and shops are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to leave your car in the garage throughout your stay.
