The Berggasthaus Edelweiss is a simple but very cozy inn in Gafia near St. Antönien. You will be greeted by a beautiful, wild mountain backdrop with flower-rich alpine meadows. On the upper floor, there are 2 tourist dormitories with a total of 12 sleeping places. The Edelweiss offers simple cuisine for lunch and dinner. The restaurant has 60 indoor and 40 outdoor seating places. The best way to reach the Edelweiss is on foot (approx. 75 minutes from St. Antönien) via the hiking trail. With an off-road vehicle, you can also drive directly to the Edelweiss via the narrow and bumpy mountain road. Overnight guests receive a corresponding parking permit on site.
