Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available CHF 1.00 per capsule), dishwasher, kettle, kitchen towels provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, bath towels provided and included in the price.

- The house is heated independently with wood
- A steep staircase leads to the upper floor

At the entrance to the Safiental valley, in a Walser scattered settlement, stands the 300-year-old Walser house, which was renovated in 2014 and converted into a guesthouse. The guesthouse is situated in the middle of the deer farm at 1,100 m above sea level at the entrance to the Safiental valley in the Beverin Nature Park. Arezen can be reached by private car in approx. 6 minutes from Versam.

An ideal starting point for excursions, whether by bike, skis, snowshoes or on foot, into the beautiful, unspoilt Safiental valley and the nature park. The Swiss Grand Canyon (Vorderrheinschlucht) with its impressive rock formations is also just a few minutes away for beautiful hikes and white-water sports.

Some ski resorts can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car (Tenna, home to the world's first solar ski lift) 15 min., Flims/Laax 25 min., Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia 30 min., Brigels Waltensburg Andiast 35 min.

Non-smoking accommodation. Pets allowed on request (cleaning fee plus CHF 20.00).

The farm's rustic inn is open every Friday evening from June to November, and on Thursday and Friday evenings in July and August. For groups, it can also be opened at other times on request and a fine menu can be prepared.
