Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available CHF 1.00 per capsule), dishwasher, kettle, kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, towels available and included in the price.

Remarks:
- The house is heated independently with wood
- There is a steep staircase leading to the upper floor in the house
- Ceiling height in the living room only 195 cm

At the entrance to the Safiental in a Walser scattered settlement stands the 300-year-old Walser house, it was renovated in 2014 and converted into a guest house. The guest house is located in the middle of the deer farm at 1'100 m above sea level at the entrance to the Safiental in the Beverin Nature Park.
Arezen is accessible by private car in approx. 6 min. from Versam

An ideal starting point for excursions, whether by bike, skis, snowshoes or hiking, into the beautiful, natural Safiental and the nature park. The Swiss Grand Canyon (Vorderrhein gorge) with its impressive rock formations is also accessible within a few minutes for beautiful hikes and whitewater sports.

Some ski resorts are accessible within approx. 30 driving minutes (Tenna first solar ski lift in the world) 15 min., Flims/Laax 25 min., Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia 30 min., Brigels Waltensburg Andiast 35 min.

Non-smoking accommodation.  Pets allowed on request (cleaning plus CHF 20.00).

The farm's own rustic Beizli is open every Friday evening from June to November, and Thursday and Friday evenings in July and August. On request, it is also open at other times for groups and a fine menu is cooked.
