3-room chalet with living and dining area and modern kitchen (1st floor), ground floor one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and 2nd floor one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower/bath. Underfloor heating, balcony, terrace, car park and ski room.

The chalet is located directly below the Lauchernalp mountain station. In winter it is easily accessible on skis, in summer you can drive right up to the chalet by car. The location is unobstructable, the main orientation is south-facing, therefore very sunny; panoramic view of the imposing mountain scenery. No pets and NON-SMOKERS
