The Salvation Army Holiday Centre Waldegg is situated above Rickenbach (Baselland, Switzerland) with a beautiful view, approx. 1 km from the village centre. The holiday home can be reached all year round by post bus (Gelterkinden - Rheinfelden) and by car (15 parking spaces). Popular excursion destinations are: Liestal, Farnsburg, Sissacherfluh, Sissach, Basel, Augusta Raurica ... The holiday centre has 2 parts, which can be booked together or separately. They have separate entrances: main house (77 sleeping places), youth centre (38 sleeping places). The main house (partly wheelchair accessible) includes: 32 rooms with washbasins (1-4 persons), 14 individual showers, 18 WCs, catering kitchen, dining room for 100 persons, hall for 200 persons (incl. projector, screen, acoustic equipment).
