The flat has a modern, well-equipped open kitchen, convection oven, dishwasher, fondue set, raclette oven, hand mixer).
There are two beds in the bedroom and two beds in the living room. The bathroom with shower/WC (wheelchair accessible), the separate WC and the kitchen have been renovated in 2011.
In winter, the Motta Naluns is a very suitable family skiing area. It can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. However, you can also take the local bus or arrive by car. The ski and local bus stop is directly in front of the house. Parking spaces are available on site for a reasonable fee.
In summer, there are so many wonderful hikes to be made. Both the high-altitude paths and the lower-lying walking trails are very well maintained and offer countless opportunities to explore the area. You can also find other sporting activities in Scuol or in the surrounding area.

Our spacious, bright 2 1/2 room flat (80 m²) is situated in a quiet location, on the eastern edge of the village of Scuol, in the Tulai holiday park.
