Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. One bedroom on the first floor with two single beds, as well as an enclosed loft above the large soapstone stove with four mattresses. A cot is available. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area. A four-metre-high living room with an integrated, functional kitchen (no dishwasher). The centrepiece of this room is a three-metre-high soapstone stove, which is fired with wood. Free Wi-Fi is available in the flat. There is no television. A stereo system, various games and plenty of books are provided.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a hob, oven and a raclette/fondue set, as well as a capsule coffee machine.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: one bathroom with a shower and toilet is on the ground floor. One bathroom with a bath and toilet is on the first floor. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Other:
A room housing a washing machine, which also serves as a ski storage room. A glazed conservatory on the first floor with a unique, cosy seating area and direct access to the garden. A very spacious coat cupboard in the entrance hall.

This 5½-room house is situated in the idyllic hamlet of Tschappina, on the Obersaxen plateau overlooking the Rhine.
The house stands alone on a large meadow, which serves as a garden offering a relaxing retreat.

The property covers around 250 m² across 2½ storeys. The large ski area, with its main station at Meierhof, can be reached in 5 minutes by the sports bus or by car. Once on the slopes, you can ski straight back to the house through the woods. You can set off on snowshoe walks lasting several hours straight from the house.

In summer, the area is ideal for hiking or cycling. In winter, there are numerous ski runs, cross-country trails and beautiful winter walking routes to enjoy.

The house has two uncovered parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
