Bedrooms:
4 bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. One bedroom on the first floor with two single beds, plus an enclosed gallery above the large soapstone stove with 4 mattresses. A cot is available. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space with kitchen/dining area. Four-meter-high living room with integrated functional kitchen without a dishwasher. The heart of this room is a three-meter-high soapstone stove, which is heated with wood. Free Wi-Fi in the apartment. There is no television. A stereo system, various games, and many books are available.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, raclette/fondue set, and a coffee capsule machine.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: one bathroom with shower/toilet is located on the ground floor. One bathroom with bathtub/toilet is on the first floor. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Other:
Room combined with a washing machine as a ski room. A glazed conservatory on the first floor with an original cozy seating area with direct access to the garden. Very spacious cloakroom in the entrance area.

The 5.5-room house is located in the idyllic hamlet of Tschappina, on the terrace of Obersaxen above the Rhine.
The house stands alone on a large meadow, which serves as a garden for relaxation.

The apartment covers about 250 m² over 2.5 floors. The large ski area with the main station Meierhof can be reached by sports bus or car in 5 minutes. Once on the slopes, you can ski directly back to the house through the forest. From the house, you can also set off on multi-hour snowshoe tours.

In summer, the area is ideal for hiking or biking. In winter, there are numerous slopes for skiing, cross-country skiing trails, and beautiful winter hiking paths available.

The house includes two uncovered parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
