Description
The holiday home is centrally located below Sedrun train station. The two-storey holiday apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floors of the detached house and is accessible via a staircase, so it is not wheelchair accessible.
The living room is surrounded by an L-shaped balcony with a view of the mountains of the upper Surselva.
The laundry room is on the ground floor and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer and may be used.
The garden around the house and the lounge may also be used (summer and winter).
There is a cellar which is suitable for storing food in summer and winter due to its consistently cool temperature, as well as a garage which may be used as storage space for skis or bicycles in summer (private items are also stored there).
