The apartment is located in Riederalp Mitte, central yet quiet at the edge of the forest. The gondola station is about 500 m away. You can reach shopping facilities, a bank, and the post office within 5 to 8 minutes on foot, and the ski school meeting point as well as the Moosfluh gondola lift are 3 to 5 minutes away. In winter, you start directly from the chalet for skiing, snowshoe hiking, or winter hiking. In the morning, it is about 200 m to the Moosfluh lift or the ski school meeting point, and in the afternoon, you ski right to the front door. Cross-country skiers can reach the trail at the golf course in about 10 minutes. In summer, the Chalet Guardaval is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and mountain bike tours throughout the Aletsch area. For those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, you can unwind on the terrace with an adjacent sunbathing area. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sun on the small southwest terrace with a view of the Weisshorn and Matterhorn.
