2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one room with three single beds. Bed linen is provided and included in the price. A cot is available.

Living room:
The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa, a wall unit and a TV.

Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee machine, toaster, fondue/raclette set, crockery, etc. Kitchen towels are not provided. A high chair is available.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. No bathroom linen is provided.

Miscellaneous:
In winter, 2 wooden sledge are provided free of charge. A pushchair is available.

This 3.5-room flat is situated in the heart of Surcuolm and, in winter, is just a 5-minute walk from the slopes leading to the Valata valley station. In summer, there is a cosy seating area with an electric barbecue, a dining table and sun loungers. A parking space by the house is available for use.

Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation.
