3.5-room apartment, 75 m² for 5 people. (Additionally, three mattresses with pillows and blankets are available).The holiday apartment on the ground floor features a spacious bedroom with three beds, an open living and dining area, a kitchen, a large balcony, and a bathroom with toilet/bath. The holiday apartment also includes a separate bedroom (14 m²) on the upper floor.

2 bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Another large bedroom with a large double bed or, upon request, two single beds. Additionally, two mattresses and a baby cot are available. Both bedrooms have wardrobes or dressers. The beds are made upon arrival. For up to three people, the three-bed room will be prepared. If you would also like the second room, please inform the host.

 Bathroom: A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided and included.

Living room: Bright living room with a large sofa and an armchair. There is also a radio with CD player, a TV with Swisscom TV (including replay function). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

 Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features three stovetops, an oven, a refrigerator, and a kettle. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a Bialetti coffee maker, or the option to make filter coffee. The buffet in the living room also includes additional dishes (e.g., wine glasses), a fondue set, and a raclette oven. Dining area with a large (extendable) dining table, corner bench, and 3 chairs. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

 Furnishings: The apartment was home to a family for a long time, later to the grandparents, who frequently hosted their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Therefore, the apartment also contains many games, colored pencils, Legos, etc. All items in the cabinets (except those marked "private") may and should be used, as long as everything is put back. Tools, some sewing materials (in case a button comes off), and an iron are also available.

The holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area in the village center of Rueras. From the balcony, you can enjoy a view of the old houses of Rueras as well as the mountains and the valley. The apartment is part of a detached multi-family house with a total of three apartments. The apartment (1 bedroom, kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom) is on the 1st floor (house door level) and is accessible without any steps. The second bedroom with a double bed is located separately on the 2nd floor. In the basement, skis can be stored in winter or bicycles in summer. Pets are allowed, but smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. A parking space right by the house can be booked on request (5.- per night). The apartment is close to the 15 km-long cross-country ski trail and the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun with a sledding run (1 km). It is an ideal starting point for winter and summer hikes as well as ski tours. In summer, the family-friendly lake is also easily accessible on foot, by bike (3.5 km), or by car. The Camping Rhein playground is located 500 m away right at the edge of the forest. The indoor pool with wellness facilities (currently closed due to renovation), the golf course, and an outdoor tennis court are also nearby.
