3.5 room apartment, 75 m2 for 5 persons. (Additionally, three mattresses with pillows and blankets are available).The ground floor holiday apartment features a spacious bedroom with three beds, an open living and dining area, a kitchen, a large balcony, and a bathroom with toilet/bath. Additionally, the holiday apartment includes a separate bedroom (14 m2) on the upper floor.

2 Bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Another large bedroom with a large double bed or, if desired, two single beds. Additionally, two mattresses and a baby cot are available. Both bedrooms feature wardrobes or chests of drawers. The beds are made up on arrival. For up to three persons, the triple room will be prepared. If you also wish to use the second room, please inform the host 

 Bathroom: A bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Living Room: Bright living room with a large sofa and an armchair. There is also a radio with CD player, a television with Swisscom-TV (with replay function). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

 Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features three hotplates, an oven, a refrigerator, and a kettle. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a Bialetti coffee maker, or the option to make filter coffee.  In the buffet in the living room, there is additional crockery (wine glasses, etc.), a fondue caquelon, and a raclette oven. Dining area with a large (extendable) dining table, corner bench, and 3 chairs. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

 Furnishings: The apartment was once the home of a family, later the home of the grandparents, who often received visits from their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Therefore, there are many games, colored pencils, Legos, etc., in the apartment. All items in the cabinets (except those marked "private") may and should be used, provided everything is put back in its place. Tools, some sewing materials (in case a button falls off), and an iron are also available.  

The holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area in the village center of Rueras. From the balcony, you can enjoy a view of the old houses of Rueras as well as the mountains and the valley. The apartment is part of a detached multi-family house with a total of three apartments. The apartment (1 bedroom, kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom) is on the 1st floor (level with the front door) and is accessible without steps. The second bedroom with a double bed is located separately on the 2nd floor. In the basement, skis or bicycles can be stored in summer. Pets are allowed, but smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. A parking space directly by the house can be booked additionally upon request (5.- per night). The apartment is near the 15 km long cross-country ski trail and the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun with sled run (1 km). It is an ideal starting point for winter and summer hikes as well as ski tours. In summer, the family-friendly lake is also easily accessible on foot, by bicycle (3.5 km), or by car. The playground Camping Rhein is 500 meters away, directly on the edge of the forest. The indoor pool with wellness offerings (currently closed for renovation), the golf course, and an outdoor tennis court are located nearby.
