With breathtaking views of Morcote and Monte Bré near Lugano, our house offers the perfect ambience for those seeking relaxation, culture enthusiasts and fans of hiking, cycling and water sports. Just 5 minutes from the Italian border and Porto Ceresio, a world of shopping and culinary delights awaits you.

The heart of the house is its modern and comfortable interior: in addition to amenities such as telephone, WiFi and TV, it has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, an inviting living and dining area with fireplace and cosy bedrooms, including a master bedroom, a single bedroom and two double bedrooms. One bathroom on each floor - equipped with a shower, bath and washing machine - provides all the comfort you could wish for.

Outside, you will find a covered and a sunny terrace on the upper floor as well as a partially covered terrace on the lower level of the house. Here you can dive directly into the lake via a private footbridge with comfortable steps. A cosy Ticino grotto with fireplace, large swimming rings, air mattresses and an inflatable paddling pool invite you to spend relaxing hours by the water. There is also a carport and additional parking spaces nearby. Boating enthusiasts can safely moor their boat at our jetty. Even without your own boat, you can enjoy boat trips from Brusino with scheduled and excursion boats in various directions, e.g. to Morcote and Lugano.

The location of the house is an ideal starting point for a variety of activities. Hiking enthusiasts can hike directly from the house to our "local mountain", Monte San Giorgio, in about 2.5 hours and enjoy a spectacular view from there. Halfway up, you can take a break with a Ticino snack on the Alpe di Brusino, which can also be reached from Brusino by cable car and a short walk. Nearby Italian Ticino and Italy offer countless destinations for cultural and shopping excursions, while the surrounding valleys and mountains, such as the Verzasca Valley or Monte Generoso, are ideal for long hikes.

By bike and car, Ticino and Italy offer countless interesting and beautiful destinations, such as shopping and culture in Lugano, Como and Milan, hiking in the Verzasca and Maggia valleys, mountain hikes on Monte Generoso, Monte Lema or Monte Tamaro and much more. There is a wide range of sporting activities in the surrounding area: fishing, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, cycling, rowing, surfing, tennis, water skiing and sailing.
