Valais hospitality and tradition paired with English design characterise our boutique design hotel. A temporary home for travellers, adventurers and homesick Valaisans. We have 16 rooms and 2 suites, a seminar room - the Otto's Stuba (named after the Brig painter Otto Pfänder), a cozy living room with integrated show kitchen for shared use and an honesty bar.Our home canton is a true pleasure canton with its love of wine, and with its 41 4,000m high mountains, and we are right in the middle of it. The Roman thermal springs of Brigerbad and the market in Domodossola are just a stone's throw away. Excursions: • In the old town of Brig stands the Stockalper Palace, one of the most striking secular Baroque buildings in Switzerland. • Brigerbad Thermal Spring – a unique thermal and wellness oasis open all year round. Its springs, which are between 21 and 50 degrees hot, were already known to the Romans for their beneficial effects. • Golfing in Goms – in Valais you tee off at the highest level. Eight wonderful golf clubs, embedded in a unique landscape. • Over 2,000m in 30 minutes; here lies the Belalp high above Brig, in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Jungfrau-Aletsch. From here, the sublime view sweeps over the Aletsch Glacier (23 km long) and to the numerous four-thousand-metre peaks of the Valais Alps, including the Matterhorn. The Belalp is a ski area with over 60km of ski slopes.
