The Auberge Adler is situated in the heart of the wine-growing village of Fläsch. In Fläsch, you can enjoy the tranquillity and charm of this idyllic wine-growing village.
The Adler gourmet restaurant is situated within the guesthouse. A wide range of activities, such as the Tamina Therme, the Pizol ski resort and the Landquart Fashion Outlet, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Guest Rooms
The harmonious blend of historic and modern elements gives each room its own unique charm. At our Auberge, you’ll find four stylishly furnished double rooms with views of the wine-growing village of Fläsch. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Adler Restaurant
In our gourmet restaurant, the Adler, we serve homemade and regional delicacies, prepared directly by Siggi Tschurtschenthaler and his team. A touch of South Tyrol – Siggi’s home region – is an essential part of the creations from our gourmet kitchen.

Breakfast
For a delightful start to the day, we warmly welcome you to our ‘Erna’s Törkali’ from 9 am – just a 3-minute walk from us. There, we serve a delicious breakfast for CHF 28.00 per person. Fresh bread, aromatic coffee and all those delicious breakfast treats have one thing in common: we like to know who’s coming and when. That’s why we’d be delighted to receive your booking at least one week in advance – it’s straightforward and can be done directly through us.
