Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms, all with large, comfortable double beds and spacious wardrobes. Bed linen is provided. One bedroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a panoramic view.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features a wood-burning stove (wood is provided), a dining table, a corner bench and chairs, a comfortable three-piece sofa suite, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a rocking chair. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property (free of charge).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge, freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a raclette oven and a fondue pot. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and a toilet/double washbasin. A bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and a toilet/double washbasin. Infrared heating in the bathrooms to keep them nice and warm. Bathroom linen is included in the price.

Miscellaneous:
Access to the garden seating area with a table and benches, offering panoramic views.

This 4-bedroom holiday home (120m²) is situated in a small hamlet in Vals, 150m below the Valata chairlift, which leads directly into the ski area. After a day’s skiing, you can ski right up to the front door. The beginners’ lift and the ski school are also located at the Valata valley station, as is access to the toboggan run.

The chalet boasts a stunning view. You can enjoy the beautiful panorama from the garden or the balcony. Skis and bikes can be stored in the private ski cellar, which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Two parking spaces are available in the garage.
