Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with a double bed and separate mattresses, as well as a built-in wardrobe. Bed linen is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
The living room features a two-piece seating group, a club table, and direct access to a 20m² balcony. Free WLAN throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine (coffee beans not provided), dishwasher, 4 glass-ceramic hob plates, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, raclette oven, fondue set, baking trays, various pans, and an egg boiler. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Towels are provided but not included in the price.

Other rooms:
The holiday apartment also offers a lovely 20m² balcony with terrace furniture and sun loungers, as well as a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

The two apartments are located in the modern and comfortable apartment building "Rosswag" in the ski and hiking region of Obersaxen. The house is situated on the outskirts of Miraniga in a quiet, sunny, and elevated location with a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley.
The 3-room apartment Ernst and Hanna on the upper ground floor is 88 m² in size and is comfortably and modernly furnished. The exposed beams and warm color tones give the apartment a very cozy feel.
The 4½-room apartment Carmen on the 1st floor is 110 m² in size and is comfortably and modernly furnished.
Parking spaces are available. Pets on request. Non-smoking apartment.
On the property, you can use the large garden and sunbathing lawn, as well as the washing machine and dryer in the house.
Groceries, the Rufalipark with a bathing lake, and various restaurants are reachable within 5-20 minutes on foot. Monthly rentals available in summer upon request.
