The antique 400-year-old, beautiful, original Engadine house has been lavishly, stylishly and gently renovated. The result is a bijou. IN LAIN is Romansh and means "made of wood" in German. It is obvious that the house was finished with high-quality Engadine wood. The entrance is warm and cozy and you, dear guests, will be warmly welcomed in a pine parlour. The Engadine house of the Relais & Châteaux IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau is home to our three very special restaurants. The restaurant La Stüvetta with the Talvo, the cheese dairy and the gourmet restaurant VIVANDA (awarded 1 star Michelin and 17 Gault&Millau points).
