Bedrooms:
Four bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. One bedroom with a double bed, a cot and a bathroom. One bedroom with two beds and one room with a single bed. All rooms have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
The living room features a large dining table with a corner bench and four chairs. There is a two-piece sofa set, a coffee table, two armchairs, as well as a television (satellite reception) and a radio.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a raclette grill, a fondue pot and a table with four chairs. Kitchen linen available on request.

Bathrooms:
Three bathrooms: two bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin; the third bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a washing machine. Towels are available on request at an additional cost.

Interior:
The flat is furnished in a contemporary style and was partially renovated in 2018, with new bathrooms.

The 5½-room holiday flat (100 m²) is situated in a lovely semi-detached house (one half of the property). The house is located in Misanenga in a beautiful setting. It offers views of the stunning Obersaxen mountains and is just a few minutes’ walk from the Untermatt chairlift. There are two parking spaces available next to the house. In the basement, there is a storage room where skis, sledge, bicycles etc. can be stored. There is a lovely, sunny seating area.

Rufalipark is just a short walk away. In winter it features an ice rink; in summer, a swimming lake, a tennis court, a playground, a fire pit and indoor games available all year round.

Pets are permitted on request. Non-smoking accommodation: Not wheelchair accessible. Official classification: 3 stars.
