Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds and one has a bunk bed. Guests must bring their own bed linen.

Living room:
The living room is on the ground floor. It is a spacious room with a corner leather sofa suite, TV, Wi-Fi and a large dining table with a corner bench. A tiled stove provides cosy warmth. Firewood for the tiled stove is included.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is also on the ground floor. It is well-equipped, including a fondue and raclette set. Tenants must bring their own tea towels.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bath, washbasin and separate toilet. 1 toilet on the first floor with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Tenants must bring their own towels.

There is a washing machine in the basement.

The chalet is situated in Flond in a beautiful spot with lovely views. In winter, when snow conditions are good, you can ski right down to the house. Skis can be stored outside the house and ski boots can be left to dry in the boiler room. In summer, sun loungers, as well as a garden table and chairs, are available on request outside the house.

The chalet is approximately 200 metres from the post office bus stop. The valley station of the mountain railway in Valata is 2.5 km away. It is 5.5 km to Obersaxen-Meierhof, to Rufalipark in Obersaxen-Misanenga and to Ilanz – the first town on the Rhine.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets are permitted on request.
