The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house in Misanenga in an excellent location. The ski room is located in the basement of the house. From the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain range opposite.

In winter, the ski day can begin right outside the front door. After a short descent, you reach the Chummenbüel ski lift, where the ski school is also located. The Misanenga valley station is nearby at the Rufalipark. In the evening, you can drive up to 100 meters before the house. The park also offers a small ice rink for ice skating.

In summer, the nearby Rufalipark, which is a 5-minute walk away, offers a lot of variety with a swimming lake, beach volleyball, soccer, and children's playgrounds as well as tennis courts and barbecue areas, a restaurant, and a kiosk.
