The flat is situated on the 2nd floor of a block of flats in Misanenga, in an excellent location. The ski storage room is in the basement of the building. From the flat, you can enjoy a lovely view of the mountain range opposite.

Shopping facilities are available in Affeier or Meierhof, or in nearby Ilanz.

In winter, your day’s skiing can begin right on your doorstep. A short downhill run takes you to the Chummenbühl ski lift, where the ski school is also located. The Misanenga valley station, near Rufalipark, is in the immediate vicinity. In the evening, you can ski right up to 100 metres from the house.
The park also features a small ice rink for ice skating.

In summer, the nearby Rufalipark – a 5-minute walk away – offers plenty of variety with a swimming lake, beach volleyball, football and a children’s playground, as well as tennis courts, barbecue areas, a restaurant and a kiosk.

The flat comes with a parking space directly in front of the house.
