Welcome to one of the most charming and authentic houses in Arosa, in the popular Innerarosa. This chalet combines genuine Swiss mountain feeling with comfort – warm, cozy, and authentic at the same time. Right upon entering, you can feel the special character of the house. The continuous wood paneling creates an incomparable atmosphere and fully brings out the alpine charm. The spacious living and dining area impresses with a dreamy panoramic view of the mountains. From the living room, you can go directly outside – perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air at any time. Despite all the tradition, the house is technically and functionally up to date: timeless bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen harmoniously fit into the overall picture. Overall, there are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and 3 modernized bathrooms available, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The location is central and yet quiet. Ski-in and out! Directly opposite is the Kulm meadow, and the ski lift is only about 300 meters away. In summer, hiking and bike trails start practically right at the doorstep. The house has a garage parking space, a washing machine and dryer as well as a private ski room.
