Bedrooms:
Two large bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk (suitable for a home office). A smaller bedroom with a single bed and an extra bed (for a sixth person), a wardrobe and access to the large bedroom. Bed linen is provided.

Living room:
Very spacious living room (44m²), bright and stylishly furnished with a large dining table (seating 8 people) and a cosy seating area with a coffee table and TV. Swisscom TV with over 100 channels and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.

Kitchen:
The separate kitchen, with a convenient serving hatch to the dining area, is fully equipped and features a 4-ring hob, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (capsules), toaster, raclette oven, fondue pot, etc. Kitchen linen is provided.

Bathrooms:
Two modern bathrooms. One bathroom with a bath, toilet, two washbasins, large mirror cupboards and a window. Another bathroom with a shower, toilet, two washbasins and large mirror cupboards. Towels are provided.

Main entrance hall with wardrobe and chest of drawers for ski/hiking boots.

The flat has a very large terrace with stunning views and a sheltered seating area for 4–6 people.

The 4.5-room holiday flat (110 m²) is situated on the ground floor of the three-flat house ‘Alprüüsch’ in the Walser settlement of Cresta and enjoys a very peaceful location with stunning views in all directions. The large terrace and the seating area, surrounded by nature and with direct access from the flat, are perfect for relaxing.
Inside, the flat is ideally furnished for holidays and offers plenty of space for 5–6 people (3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds).
The flat is a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Obersaxen mountain railways. In the evening, you can ski down the ‘Heimabfahrt’ piste almost right up to the front door.
In summer, the wonderful hiking and cycling area of Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia, as well as the Rufali Park with its swimming lake, can be reached in 5 minutes’ walk.
A private parking space is available in the underground car park opposite, including an electric charging point. Guest parking spaces can be found directly on the street. Dogs are very welcome. Partially wheelchair accessible; there are 3 steps to negotiate in front of the house.
