An open living space with kitchen and dining area. In the living room there is a soapstone stove (wood provided and included in the price) for cozy hours by the fire. In addition to the TV, free Wi-Fi, there are some books and games available. Large covered balcony.
Kitchen:
The top modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
Large bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer. Towels provided and not included in the price. The 2.5-room apartment is in a new apartment building with a total of 3 apartments. The house is located in the village center. From the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of Val Lumnezia. The house has a cellar with storage space for skis.
The bus stop is located nearby. Travel time to the valley station of the Obersaxen Mundaun mountain railways in Vella is approx. 5 minutes. Free ski bus in winter. Parking available in the garage. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking property.
