The property is an old, two-storey farmhouse that has undergone gentle renovation. In addition to a complete refurbishment of the kitchen and wet room, care was taken to preserve the original charm, which has been lovingly maintained. The ground floor is heated by a heat pump and partially by electric underfloor heating. The living room can also be warmed by a tiled stove for extra cosiness. The bedrooms are not heated. No toilet on the upper floor. The entire house is not wheelchair accessible.

Very quiet location yet centrally situated. Starting point for many beautiful hikes and bike tours of varying difficulty, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoe tours. Attractive toboggan run right outside the front door. The nearby Elm ski resort can be reached by car in just over 5 minutes or by bus.
