The Au Réduit building is located right in the village center of St. Moritz, diagonally opposite the world-famous Hotel Palace and directly next to the equally well-known Confiserie Hanselmann. The property was built in 1972 and is continuously maintained and modernized. Originally planned and operated as an apartment building with units rented exclusively as holiday apartments, the use of the property has gradually changed. Many apartments are still rented weekly, but many are now permanently occupied. Nevertheless, the hotel-like character of the Au Réduit has been preserved. Although the main entrance of the Au Réduit is located in the pedestrian zone, the garage, which faces Via Maistra, can be reached by car without restrictions.
Studio 402 is located on the 4th floor (counting from the main entrance) and faces east. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the new Palace dépendance towards Muottas Muragl and over Lake St. Moritz. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished.
The building has a communal laundry room and an internal waste collection point.

Studio 402 consists of a cozy room with a separate large kitchen and access to the balcony. The bathroom is accessible from the entrance area.
